Cathode

Coated with a fast ion conductor on its surface, which enhances the lithium ion conductivity. This coating also effectively reduces the contact resistance between electrode materials, thereby improving the diffusion rate of ions in and out of the electrode material.

Anode

Incorporates 3μm ultrafine carbon microspheres coated with hard carbon. The iron impurity level is below 3ppm, meeting strict purity standards. Moreover, the interlayer spacing between the carbon layers exceeds 0.340nm, enhancing lithium ion storage capacity and cycling stability.

Electrolyte

Formulated with a specialized lithium salt composition and premium additives for effective electrode film formation. This tailored electrolyte enhances battery performance and stability.


Separator

Incorporated high-quality multilayer membranes sourced from Japan’s Toray Industries and Celgard from the US . These membranes are known for their consistent and uniform thickness, high material purity, excellent oxidation resistance, and a porosity rate of up to 55%.

The Aluminum-plastic Film

Formulated with a specialized lithium salt composition and premium additives for effective electrode film formation. This tailored electrolyte enhances battery performance and stability.
